With over three decades of experience across real estate, investment management and business consulting, Ashish has built and scaled institutional platforms across emerging real estate classes.

Prior to joining Rx Propellant, Ashish was with Actis, where he served as Managing Director and Head of India & Southeast Asia Real Estate investing. He was also a founding member of the Actis Asia real estate team and led the creation and scaling of marquee real estate platforms across property classes in India and Southeast Asia, working closely with leading developer-operators in the region.

Earlier in his career, Ashish held senior leadership roles at global firms including Standard Chartered Bank, Tishman Speyer and Cushman & Wakefield, where he advised and invested across traditional as well as new-economy real estate sectors.
