Praveen brings over 21 years of experience in Indian real estate investment and asset management, with a focus on institutional-grade developments. He is a senior member of the Indian Real Estate investment team at Actis, having joined in 2018 following Actis’ acquisition of the Principal Finance Real Estate (PFRE) group from Standard Chartered Bank.

As a founding member of PFRE’s India team, Praveen has led the origination, evaluation, and management of investments across the country. His career includes leadership roles at Tishman Speyer India, TCG-Vornado India Property Fund, Ascendas India, and Global Realty Outsourcing, where he has spearheaded large-scale investment and development initiatives.

At Rx Propellant, Praveen plays a pivotal role in shaping the platform’s strategic growth—leading capital deployment, driving acquisitions, and building key business relationships.
