Raghvendra brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate investment and asset management, with a deep focus on the Indian market. He is a senior member of the Actis Real Estate investment team, where he leads the evaluation of new investment opportunities and oversees asset management for the firm’s India portfolio.

He joined Actis in 2018 following the acquisition of the Principal Finance Real Estate (PFRE) group from Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to that, Raghvendra was a part of the India team at Starwood Capital Group, responsible for asset management of India portfolio and evaluation of new investment opportunities.

At Rx Propellant, Raghvendra is guiding investment strategy, optimizing asset performance, and supporting long-term value creation across the platform.
