Associate Director - Site Operations
Kalyan has over 23 years of commissioned service in the Indian Navy, retiring with the rank of Commander.
Specializing in Aviation Engineering Management, he has held positions such as Chief Manager (Engineering Workshops) at the Naval Aircraft Yard in Kochi and Controller of Aeronautical Quality Assurance at the Western Naval Command in Mumbai.
Kalyan’s leadership extends across aircraft operations, MRO center management, airfield engineering and infrastructure management, human resources, air stores logistics, and marine engineering.
At Rx Propellant, he leads the facilities management operations, ensuring seamless and efficient support to all resident companies.
