Milind has over 12 years of experience in Lifesciences real estate business development, leasing, and advisory services, alongside management and investment of specialized industrial assets.
He has successfully developed and stabilized Grade-A assets with major global and Indian Lifesciences companies, including Novartis Healthcare, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Syngene International, Biocon, Sandoz India, Alembic Pharma, Mylan Pharma to name a few.
Milind was part of the team at Alexandria India that developed India’s first LEED-certified, platinum-rated Lifesciences building.
