Pooja Baheti is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in commercial and contractual negotiations, litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.
She is experienced in arbitration law (both domestic and international), corporate law, insolvency regulations, contract law, maritime law, competition law, and engagement with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, DGFT, and DRI.
