Ravindra is a seasoned design and project management professional with nearly three decades of diverse experience across multiple asset classes.
He has delivered over 31 million sq. ft. of large-scale projects in corporate, tech, retail, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, R&D, and residential sectors, with project costs exceeding $1 Billion.
Ravindra’s past associations include SRS Investment Advisors and Cushman & Wakefield. He is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and ISHRAE.
At Rx Propellant, Ravindra leads the design, development, and overall project management efforts, ensuring optimal and efficient solutions for complex projects.
