Richard is an accomplished investment professional and business leader with over 30 years of experience in property, banking, and private equity. He holds several notable positions, including Senior Advisor to Actis and TPG Real Estate, and Chairman of Great Portland Estates.
Richard’s extensive board experience includes roles as Deputy Chairman of Alstria Office REIT-AG, Senior Independent Director of Hansteen Holdings, St Modwen Properties, ISG, and Standard Life Aberdeen.
As the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Soros Real Estate Partners LLC, he directed the firm’s investments in Europe and served on its investment committee.
In his earlier career as an investment banker, Richard was a Partner and Managing Director at Bankers Trust Company.
