Her expertise spans financial reporting, fundraising, risk management, budgeting and reporting, M&A, tax planning, and private equity investment management.
Sandhya is a Member of the Financial Reporting Review Board (FRRB) of ICAI. Her previous roles include leadership positions at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, NSL Group, and S.R. Batliboi & Co. (a member firm of EY Global). At Rx Propellant, Sandhya is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategic financial planning.
