Vishal brings two decades of expertise in real estate advisory, strategy, and Lifesciences Real Estate.
As the Managing Director and Head of Alexandria India operations, he deployed over $200 million and managed the development of over 1 million square feet of Lifesciences real estate assets.
Vishal was instrumental in developing the ‘Genome Valley’ cluster in Hyderabad under a PPP model as an Advisor to the Government.
At Rx Propellant, he devised a pan-India strategy to establish Lifesciences clusters in high-growth markets, identifying investment opportunities of approximately $500 million across 6 million square feet in multiple cities.
